　　大作文：In some countries, some criminal trials in the court are shown on the TV and the general public can watch them. Do you think the advantages outweigh the disadvantages?

　　題目翻譯：在一些國家，人們可以通過電觀看犯罪的審判過程。這樣的利是否大于它的弊?

　　從話題上來說，屬于犯罪類，考生可以運用平時對此話題的積累加以論證。

　　從類型上來說，屬于議論文中的利弊類，考生只要從合理的角度展開言論，言之有理即可。

　　從結(jié)構(gòu)上來說，可以采取四段式的寫法：

　　第一段：題目改寫+個人觀點。

　　第二段：討論弊端+反駁。

　　第三段：討論利+拓展論證。

　　第四段：總結(jié)段-重申觀點。

　　主體段 1:

　　弊端+反駁原創(chuàng)段落：

　　分論點：暴露犯罪細節(jié)會造成犯罪率上升，因為會有模仿者。

　　反駁：家長有效監(jiān)督，這都不是事兒.

　　On the one hand, I have to concede that the broadcast of the trial on TV could exert certain implication in a negative way. By that I mean too much exposure to criminal details could contribute to the rise of criminal rate, because some people, especially teenagers, may imitate the criminal behaviors shown on TV. However, I would argue that such concern could be effectively controlled by giving appropriate parental guidance.

　　利+拓展論證原創(chuàng)段落：

　　分論點：1. 震懾潛在犯罪分子;2.普及法律知識及意識

　　On the other hand, we can never undervalue the potential benefits brought by this policy. For a start, this action could have a deterrent effect on those who intend to commit crimes. To be more precisely, they would give up their evil thoughts after seeing what will probably happen to them if they break the laws. An additional advantage, from my own perspective, is to raise lawful awareness among the public. In daily life, we often hear some stories, telling us how an old man was deceived by fraud and thus beard economic losses, as a result of shortage of lawful knowledge. Programs of the trial on the mass media can draw people’s attention and gradually enable them to gain knowledge in the law and regulations, thus preventing them from criminal activities.
